Construction of Houses
We have introduced project management into our product portfolio where we build houses on behalf of our clients. We can build houses on behalf of clients seeking such services. Most of those working abroad suffer prejudice and lack of accountability for funds remitted home for construction. We have a division that has construction expertise and payments will be done in phases as follows:

• Payment of deposit to cover the plan and approvals,
• Then deposit for materials to start foundation level, then
• window Level deposit, then
• roof Level and then
• interior (floors, carpentry, ceiling, etc) and finally
• exterior (driveways, durawalls, etc)
