Servicing of residential stands
At Shelter Zimbabwe we service residential stands for high, medium and low density housing. We also service commercial and industrial stands. Our servicing consists of surfacing of roads and provision of, sewer and water reticulation. We presale the stands while servicing is in progress and in other circumstances, we sell fully serviced stands. We take pride in our commitment for quality products and we have successfully serviced a number of projects including Prospect, Glen View 7 and Rockview Park among other projects.

Packaged Stands
To our valued customers, we offer an option of three approved plans for your choice should you purchase a stand in our Rockview Park project.We also offer a further option of undertaking the construction of your home on your behalf. Payments for the construction of the property will be made in stages until all the work is finished.

Property development in building houses and commercial property
Some of our projects come in the form of cluster homes, garden flats, high rise flats and core housing units. We do have approved sites earmarked for all kinds of developments and we guarantee quality homes at competitive prices. We will officially announce the launch of these projects once all modalities and feasibilities are completed

Land Subdivisions
Shelter Zimbabwe also undertakes land subdivisions and adds value to underutilised land by seeking to unlock land use maximisation, thereby delivering more housing units and opportunities
