PAST PROJECTS Shelter Zimbabwe
has been breaking the ground for over a decade. Roads, water and sewer reticulation were successfully delivered to beneficiaries and these projects have fully complied with Local
Authority development standards.We are humble to showcase our achievements in areas where residential suburbs have taken shape. We have delivered over 3000 residential stands over
the past decade. Over 2600 of these stands have been developed in Glen View 7, Glen View Extension, Glen View 2, Railway Reserve Phase 1. 100 stands were developed in Hatfield and
Prospect. 120 stands in Hopley are expected to be delivered and handed over to stand holders by 2011. Servicing is now at an advanced stage with some stand owners having started
building houses and living on their stands.
