Do you have title deeds and if not why are they not readily available? How do we access our title deeds?

While servicing we hold the master title if it is private land, but if it is local authority land the relevant local authority holds the title which will be transferred directly to the standholder upon satisfying requirements of the land developer, Shelter Zimbabwe. On completion of the project conveyancers are appointed to effect transfers but if it is local authority land, the standholder will apply to the district office upon satisfying their requirements.
